- Take ownership of small, well-scoped features end-to-end, with a senior engineer as your safety net.
- Ask questions constantly — this role is built around mentorship, not sink-or-swim.
- Gradually take on more complex, ambiguous problems as your first few projects ship successfully.

Requirements:
- 0–1 years of professional experience (or equivalent through strong personal/academic projects) with JavaScript, React, and Node.js fundamentals.
- Genuine curiosity — you ask "why" and go dig for the answer instead of copy-pasting a fix.
- Comfortable with Git, basic API concepts, and reading code you didn't write.
- Coursework or self-study in data structures/algorithms and web fundamentals.
- Strong written communication for a remote, async-friendly team.
- A portfolio, GitHub, or shipped project that shows how you think, not just what you copied.
- Bonus: any exposure to PostgreSQL, AWS, or AI/LLM tooling.
